A typical service contract consists of service visits every 6 months. Our senior engineer reviews the plant and with expert knowledge, he identifies areas that need optimization, maintenance or spare parts. He issues and keeps a maintenance log for the records. The objective is to safeguard continuous trouble-free operation, cost-effectivity without compromising on peak performance.
Airco DIET will monitor equipment performance and optimize running conditions with each visit. We will suggest program changes or other process or equipment enhancements that can improve the DIET product, the yield through the plant, minimize utility consumption and prolong lifetime.
Constantly, we develop and enhance our DIET Plants to be better, safer and more profitable. We strive to minimize utility consumption while optimizing equipment lifetime and are constantly enhancing yield through the process. Airco DIET plants are designed to meet all new international rules and regulation for safety and the environment. Currently, you will benefit from these continuous improvements as we vigorously work together with all our customers.
THE QUANTITY OF 300 KG/HR DIET PLANTS SOLD IN JUST A FEW YEARS FROM THE INTRODUCTION HAS PROVEN THE SUCCESS FOR THIS SMALLER PLANT SIZE
These multiple new DIET plants built by Airco DIET over the last few years have provided a venue to create improvements on a scale not seen before for the DIET process. The DIET process has been greatly enhanced to be even more efficient while meeting today’s requirements of much wider DIET product ranges. Equipment has as well been redeveloped to be more energy efficient and reliable. And all DIET plant sizes benefit from the developing works and feature all the new enhancements.
Standard DIET Plants sizes are: 300 to 2400 kg/hr
The selected plant sizes are optimized in regards to costs but we are able to engineer and design any DIET plant size our customers may request. Below are production capacities for each standard size:
